Ease out of Winter with this spine friendly flow, that opens the chest and shoulders, frees up the trunk and introduces some side stretching.
Includes strong pranayama uddiyana bandha. Avoid if eaten or have following conditions: pregnancy, high blood pressure, glaucoma, abdominal problems, colitis, stomach or intestinal ulcer as it puts extra pressure into the system. Practise full yoga even steady breathing instead
