Enjoy a short 11 minute standing session, working with the Small and Large Intestine energy channels, to help our digestion system regain balance. Ideally make sure you are properly hydrated, drinking room temperature water or warm herbal teas, as our bodies need water to poo! Don't practice on a full stomach. Allow a couple of hours after eating before practice. You can boost the efficacy by drinking hot water and lemon first thing throughout the festive period.
