Help your tummy and digestion with this short yoga flow. Designed to move things along nicely and stretch out the body at the same time!
Practice 2-3 hours after eating/on empty stomach for best effect. Remember to keep yourself properly hydrated over Christmas, drinking plenty of room temp water or warm herbal teas. The large intestine loves hot water so drink a mug first thing to aid digestive transit.
