Feel good whole body session to open the chest and upper back and deepen the breath. Excellent when you need to get something off your chest or strengthen the lungs.
Freeing up the body with a gentle sun salute, breathwork throughout standing poses, including peaceful warrior flow and triangle pose. Seated poses include bent leg forward fold, twist and cobblers pose before lying down for the finishing sequence. Ends without a relaxation so you can get up and go or simply let the video end and rest.
