A flowing late Winter class - immersed in water practice: qigong, yoga, breathing and deep relaxation to bring deep calm and stillness. Soothing for our central nervous system, enjoy a good whole body stretch, freeing up the shoulders, hips, back and more! Ends with a 16 minute deep relaxation from 37:30 minutes, so feel free to do a shorter flow or tune in for the relaxation.
